This is what happens when you have a corrupt police department (for the most part; to those faithful officers in the Department, this obviously doesn't apply to you) and city government.

Will he do this every time there are shootings in the city? What about when/if a tropical storm, ort God forbid, another hurricane comes? Will he call in 1 Cav from Ft. Hood?
